Service Plans

Digital Fish Designs offers service plans for recurring maintenance tasks. Rates for these plans are reduced from the normal rates for all service types. In addition, clients with service plans receive priority response to service requests.

A service plan is developed and tailored to suit each client's needs. Examples of services performed as part of a service plan include:

Data backups
SPAM filtering
Anti-virus updates
Monitoring firewall logs
Verifying server status

Digital Fish Designs currently offers 3 different levels of service plans:

2 hours per week - 1 year minimum
4 hours per week - 6 month minimum
8 hours per week - 3 month minimum
